SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
We are pleased to announce that we have purchased a new funeral home facility and we moved into it on October 17. The address is 1504 Main St. Sumner. It is located 1 block east of our previous location in Sumner.
We are also pleased to announce that our funeral home received a 100% customer satisfaction rating from the Puget Sound Consumers' Checkbook, which is a national non profit consumer and information resource. The 100% rating is the highest among the 36 funeral homes surveyed in Pierce, King, Snohomish and Kitsap Counties. The family survey took place between 2004-2010. We have completed construction on our new crematory. The crematory is located near our office in Sumner. To view photos of the crematory project please click on the facilities link followed by the Sumner Crematory link and followed by the photo link .Our crematory offers the most modern cremation equipment available within the funeral industry insuring that the families that we serve receive the highest quality of service possible.
Having our own crematory will enable us to keep our cremation fees amongst the lowest in Western Washington. We would invite anyone or groups that would like to tour our crematory facility to contact us to arrange a time to do so.
We have also opened our arrangement center in Bellevue. This will allow us to better serve the growing number of families that we are assisting in the King County area. The address is 14100 SE 36th St. Suite 204, Bellevue, WA. 98006 (one half mile east of the Factoria shopping area). Our phone numbers are 253-863-2800 or 425-746-8888.
